You are right. It’s the same Kris Long you’ve watched on local TV for years. Kris claims to have 43 years in broadcast journalism. Quite a journey as anchor/reporter at TV stations in Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Phoenix and in Palm Springs since 2005. He’s won Emmy’s for reporting in Chicago and Palm Springs.
And who could live in Palm Spring and not be an avid golfer? His favorite course? Ask him the next time you see him. Those kinds of things he keeps pretty close to the chest. He also is voracious reader, and workout enthusiast.
Married to Sally with one daughter he just became a grandfather for first time (that’s Chloe in the pic above).
Besides announcing on CV 104.3 Kris and Sally (also above) work as licensed realtors in the Coachella Valley. He’s been all over the country with his broadcast career but Palm Springs is home. He’s our Hometown Guy on CV 104.3 Saturdays 2-6P and Sundays 2-7P. Email Kris
